Adecco is seeking a **Sales Administrator (Order Management/Sales Support)** to join our team. This position will begin as **remote** but will transition to a **hybrid** work model based out of our **Redwood City, CA office** . The ideal candidate is local or willing to commute when required. This role focuses on processing quotations and sales orders, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and sales operations.**Location:** Redwood City, CA (Remote Initially, Transitioning to Hybrid)**Compensation:** $26.00 per hour**Assignment Type:** Temporary**Key Responsibilities**+ Process a high volume of **quotations and sales orders** in Oracle, ensuring compliance with SOX controls, corporate policies, and revenue recognition guidelines.+ Provide sales support for instrument field sales, including handling requests from assigned sales districts.+ Submit customer master/account requests and manage credits, re-bills, RMAs, and replacements.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Service, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.+ Provide coverage and support to team counterparts as needed.+ Manage workload effectively, meeting tight deadlines, and assist with increased demands during **month and quarter-end periods** (overtime may be required).**Skills and Requirements**+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to **multi-task, prioritize,** and stay organized to meet critical deadlines.+ Exceptional **written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills** for both external and internal customers.+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook** .+ Ability to build collaborative relationships with management, peers, and cross-functional teams.+ Flexible and adaptable to fluctuations in workload.+ Ability to comprehend and follow complex instructions and requests.+ Must be **local or able to commute** to the Redwood City, CA office (hybrid work schedule to be determined).+ Willingness to work **overtime during busy periods** (month and quarter-end).**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience working with **Oracle** .+ Familiarity with **order management processes** (quote-to-order).+ Understanding of **revenue recognition requirements** .+ Experience in **pre- and post-sales support** .+ Customer service experience, ideally in the **Biotech industry** .+ **Bachelors degree preferred** or **4+ years of relevant experience** .**If this sounds like the posiiton for you, apply today with your up to date resume!****Pay Details:** $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
