Hello! We're looking for a talented Marketing Creative to join the Jubilee team. You're passionate about both design and social media, with a knack for crafting highly engaging content. You're driven to create content that captures attention and sparks interaction. You have a deep understanding of how to turn digital media into compelling social assets. This person will also have a holistic understanding of the Jubilee and nectar brands and missions.

What You'll Do:
Pitch creative ideas and lead various design projects using current brand guidelinesDesign & create new digital graphics for Jubilee & nectar's YouTube, Instagram, etc using Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesignDesign static posts for social platforms & conduct data-driven analysis to drive audience engagementUpdate & organize Jubilee & nectar's social media content calendarsWork cross functionally: Build social media assets for the Brand Partnerships team, create branding for new shows for our Creative team, create set design assets for our Production teamWork closely with Creative Strategist to identify ways to increase engagement & growth on social platformsConsistently contribute to ideation around how Jubilee & nectar can inspire our audience to participateDevelop ways in which we can optimize the way we organize our digital assetsOccasionally visit set to gather marketing and social media assetsWho You Are:
2+ year of experience in graphic design1+ year of experience in a social media, marketing, or content creation spaceA highly organized individual who thrives on process improvementA data-driven mindset when it comes to creating contentStrong understanding of organic social media strategies and best practicesSomeone with a strong understanding of visual elements (typography, layout, etc.)You have solid knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignA creative problem solver with great attention to detailAble to multi-task and efficiently manage your time and projectsBonus points if you know After Effects & PremiereWhat We Offer:
