The Role:
As the Sr. Manager - FP&A Industrial Solutions, reporting to the VP FP&A, you will be expected to be a business leader for the Industrial Solutions SBU leaders and have a very meaningful personal and professional impact on the execution power and growth of the Company, well beyond the functional scope of FP&A. You will be responsible for a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers and sophisticated financial models that are geared to deliver value-added business analysis as well as define and report on meaningful financial and operational metrics for the global SBU business. Additionally, you will support all financial reporting and decision-making around revenue and material margin including driving transparency and accountability around key operations KPIs. Success will be measured by successful execution of annual performance targets, on-time and successful completion of strategic projects and sustainable long-term EBITDA and cash flow growth.
How You Will Make an Impact:Member of Industrial Solutions leadership team with strong ties to CCO, CFO, VP of Industrial Solutions;Support and drive the business and operating teams to:
Maximize EBITDA by maximizing margin growth while optimizing conversion, distribution and selling/R&D costs;Maximize sustainable cash flow through disciplined allocation of capital (working capital/capex);
Participate in strategy definition processes and development of Long Range Plans (5 yr.) for the SBU;Lead the annual AOP process and translation of strategic objectives into clear goals and deliverables for the SBUParticipate in (and at times lead) operational improvement projects and strategic projects including capacity expansions/site restructurings, new product introductions, long-term contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects;;Drive improvement of forecasting accuracy within the SBU;Drive transparency in reporting and accountability around dedicated SBU spend (selling/R&D etc.)Work closely with SBU leadership team on instilling a culture of efficient cash flow and working capital management;Define a methodology to value, prioritize and monitor the execution of Technology projects (innovation funnel) as well as track the Company's vitality index, and the financial cost/benefit analysis of key projects after Go Live.Creating Extraordinary Starts With:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA very strongly preferred.Minimum five years of FP&A background and expertise in developing and leading financial strategiesExperience with SAP/BW and with accounting processes preferredChemical industry experience is desirable, though not at the expense of a broad base of experienceExperience in a private equity environment is a plusWhat We Value:
