We are thought leaders in the application of seeker, guidance, and control technologies, and wehave a place for you as a Principal Software Engineer at our Huntsville, Alabama facility.We are looking for a talented Principal Software Engineer to help us create the world s most advanced solutions in precision guided munitions and missiles. We develop and incorporate algorithms utilizing a multi-processor architecture that also incorporates GPUs. You will be an integral part of a growing dynamic software development team performing design, implementation, and integration of typically C based embedded software in a Linux development environment utilizing a DevSecOps Software Factory approach.If you desire more, you can grow into a subject matter expert, execution leader, or chief engineer in our organization where you can mentor, guide, and lead a development project along with having opportunities to present your craft and technical designs to our customers.We put our customers first exemplified by our mission: We Protect Those Who Protect Us._Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status_ .**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related field+ Secret Security Clearance (active within the last two years)+ Experience designing and implementing real-time embedded solutions using C on a Linux target+ Experience developing in a Linux environment**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Experience with embedded GPU development using OpenCL and/or CUDA+ Experience working in a team using an Agile development approach+ Designing and/or implementing software algorithms**Pay Information**Full-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
