$17.00-$19.00 per hourWe are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team for 60 bed rehabilitation hospital/20 bed TCU unit located in Haverhill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.Perform carpet cleaning, buffing, and other floor care tasks as neededUtilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain floors in excellent conditionExecute custodial duties related to floor care and environmental servicesEnsure all areas are kept clean and sanitized according to company standardsQualificationsProven experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, and buffingKnowledge of commercial cleaning practices and environmental service procedures Ability to work efficiently and independently in a custodial roleStrong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanlinessPreferred SkillsExperience in commercial cleaning or custodial servicesProficiency in various floor care techniquesCertification in environmental services or related field If you are a meticulous individual with a passion for maintaining clean and safe environments, we invite you to apply for the Floor Technician position with us.
