Collaboration and Customer Engagement

- Partner with sales teams and customers to assess the impact of new products and promotional efforts, continuously improving strategies based on direct feedback and emerging market needs.Market Research and Trend Monitoring

- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and purchasing behavior, leveraging research to shape targeted marketing campaigns and inform product innovation.Competitive Analysis and Strategic Recommendations

- Assess competitors' strategies and market positioning, using insights to make informed recommendations that enhance internal marketing approaches and drive impactful results.Project Management and Execution

- Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope, while aligning with broader marketing objectives and company goals.Brand/Product Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of specific brands or product lines, including overseeing sales forecasts, demand planning, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring the brand's market success.Marketing Campaign Development

- Assist in developing comprehensive marketing campaigns informed by deep insights from consumer behavior, market research, and competitive intelligence, tailored to target audience preferences.What You Bring:

Education:

Current enrollment in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. GPA of 3.0+ preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strategic Marketing Expertise : Strong grasp of marketing frameworks and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.Data-Driven Insights : Proficiency in analyzing business data and synthesizing it into strategic recommendations.Cross-Functional Leadership : Willing to lead teams through complex projects, driving collaboration and results.Consumer-Centric Approach : A relentless focus on growth with a consumer-first mindset.Communication & Influence : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across all levels.Project Management & Analytical Skills : Top-notch project management abilities, attention to detail, and strong analytical acumen.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic PC, communication and interpersonal skills required; familiarity with MicrosoftOffice and email programs; basic understanding of applicable discipline (i.e., accounting & finance, human resources,law, marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) with organizational and self-motivational skills required.
