Senior Tableau Developer

to visualize complex data in a clear and compelling way and deliver impactful, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tableau, Tableau Online with a solid understanding of Salesforce and cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake. This role involves gathering requirements, building reports, and delivering dashboards, along with providing training and documentation.Note: This is a

Hybrid

position - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote. **Candidates must be willing to complete an assignment and share the Public Tableau dashboard of the assignment, if selected for an interview.What You’ll DoCollaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights

Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process

Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning

Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations

Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports

Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively

Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs

What You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Deep hands-on technical expertise

Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and exposure to Tableau Online

Proven experience integrating with Salesforce and cloud data warehousing tool such as Snowflake

Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:7 years of experience with Predictive Analytics & Forecasting Models

7 years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes

5 years of experience with Data Warehousing Concepts

3 years of experience with Tableau Online

Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
