We are looking for Clinicians to work with the youth of different age groups with behavioral, mental health, and trauma issues, and their families, who are in a short-term residential treatment program for stabilization and assessment services. This position will also work collaboratively with the program's Direct Care Staff and Client Services Manager to ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, timely services to youth.
Essential Jobs Functions
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program, at the program and in their family homes.Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 6 youth by coordinating team meetings, arranging appointments, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth/family.Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment processWork closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communicationProvide training to Residential Counselors on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clientsMaintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements.Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieuParticipate in being on-call for after-hours client/program emergenciesTake on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical SupervisorPerforms Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type.
Minimum Qualifications
MSW, M.Ed, MS in Counseling, Human Services, or related degree requiredIndependent Clinical License preferred; LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFTOne year experience in Human Services preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseMust meet Agency requirements for driving history recordsMust meet Agency requirements for CORI/SORI background checksBilingual English & Spanish , Bicultural, encouraged to apply.
