Every day in this role you will provide project management coordination and support for large and complex wind, solar, and storage projects during the pre-construction phase of the project.
Manage request for proposal (RFP) process for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) services Manage commercial aspects of all project related contract negotiations Support pre-construction activity including site studies, surveys, preliminary engineering, and estimating Support internal project capital expenditure approval processes to secure budget for Project Delivery scope Coordinate and support internal stakeholders including development, engineering, interconnection, and power marketing teams with Capex input requests Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders including Balance of Plant (BOP) EPC contractor Support major equipment (modules, wind turbines, batteries, and substation) procurement processes Participate in the negotiation of key project contracts including Major Equipment Supply Agreements and BOP-EPC Agreement Ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan Continually assess project risk and maintain project Risk Register during preconstruction phase Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all parties involved in the development and approval of the project
What You'll Bring A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Five (5) years of project management and procurement in utility scale renewable energy or heavy construction experience in renewable energy projects Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred. However, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience or other relevant certificatio Experience with various project & construction management software tools, e.g., Procore Demonstrated ability to be organized and work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong Microsoft Software Applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) Ability to adapt in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of managing projects with results that meet all stakeholder goals Ability to problem solve and achieve results by setting priorities and staying organized Results oriented leader with the ability to work independently within a large matrixed organization while effectively interfacing with the various cross-functional employee groups Commitment to the advancement of renewable energy solutions across North America
Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy This role requires attendance at a worksite on an as needed basis Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time U.S. driver's license/clean driving record, for the use of fleet cars, personal, and or hire cars when traveling, to drive to site locations and meeti Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies Must be physically able to conduct site visits and attend project site meetings and walk renewable energy sites for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather conditions to complete job assignments
Compensation Salary Range: $96,100 - $147,660 USD annually
