Arthrex is actively searching for an Associate Program Marketing Manager. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.Main Objective:The Program Marketing Manager, Associate will support in the planning and execution of downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex Medical Education programs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with Medical Affairs leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to support the development, promotional planning, and execution for learning programsWork closely with Medical Education leadership and Arthrex stakeholders to set priorities for promotional focus and efforts to best allocate resourcesResponsible for supporting marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, marketing asset development, and digital and web strategy for each learning programSupport promotional launch plans for new learning programs including key messaging, photography, videos, marketing materials, and adsMeet regularly with cross-functional teams to discuss priorities and timelines for program promotional assets and campaignsProvide creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, ads, etc. and review and communicate campaign messaging and strategy regularly with the stakeholders for key initiativesWork with Health Care Professionals (HCP) consultants to develop promotional ideas, review materials and support educational presentations to include key programsEstablish and review marketing analytics to support messaging, program focus, and promotional planningConduct research with surgeons and reps to review and test messaging, gain feedback on materials, and obtain feedback on key programsWork closely with cross-functional teams to effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the MRM systemKnowledge/Skills:Knowledge of industry practices and proficiency with digital marketing tools or softwareExcellent interpersonal skills, oral, written, and business communications skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objectionsExcellent public speaking and presentation skillsSkilled in working with diverse groups and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired resultAbility to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality resultsAbility to work both collaboratively and autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeExperience:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in marketing or business administration1 year of experience in product/program marketing requiredTechnical certifications or professional development related to product/program marketing, public speaking, or similar preferredArthrex BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany-Provided Life InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Supplemental Insurance Plans (Accident, Cancer, Hospital, Critical Illness)Matching 401(k) Retirement PlanAnnual BonusWellness Incentive ProgramFree Onsite Medical ClinicsFree Onsite LunchTuition Reimbursement ProgramTrip of a LifetimePaid Parental LeavePaid Time OffVolunteer PTOEmployee Assistance Provider (EAP)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
