Position Overview

International has an exciting opportunity as a Sales Project Manager - National Accounts. As part of our Sales team, the Project Manager will execute our sales strategy for exponential activity and growth of International brand commercial trucks, products and services to fleet organizations within the U.S.

As part of a cross functional team, you work with the pricing, parts, service and OnCommand sales to understand and contribute to their growth by presenting International’s total fleet offerings, focused on customer satisfaction and committed to highest Uptime in the industry.

Use your customer knowledge to aid feature integration, vehicle quality and overall customer satisfaction by providing input to International’s engineering and manufacturing efforts.

This position will include travel around the Northwest region.

Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies with assigned National Account Customers

Grow market share, by promoting International’s products

Nurture and grow the International relationship with assigned accounts

Actively monitor the customer experience

Ensure International products are outperforming competitive offerings

Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

At least 8 years of project/program management experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

Master’s degree

At least 6 years of project/program management experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

At least 10 years of project/program management experience

At least 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

International provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 a year.
