Compensation and Benefits
Base salary guaranteed for 12-18 monthsComp will be between MGMA median - 75th percentileQuarterly bonus potential10 days' call per month + additional call pay for any days above 10 you want to take$5,000 CME allowance + 5 days annually$30,000 Sign-on/commencement bonusStudent loan assistanceRelocation allowanceHealth benefits + Retirement planMarketing + practice growth assistance
