Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

Ensures associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved by investigating and making decisions based on facts of the situation or consulting with others.

Serves as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charitable activities; promoting company-sponsored programs and events to associates, customers, and the local community.

Manages financial aspects for a medium- or small-scale facility by approving and tracking expenses against budgets; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.

Leads and directs the medium- or small-scale facility's leadership by communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; identifying training and development needs and ensuring opportunities for learning and growth are available; supporting Supply Chain and company policies and procedures; and overseeing the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates.

Monitors and ensures facility-wide compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

Reviews and approves forecasted staffing plans to ensure staffing plans meet business demands for workload and performance results and are implemented timely.

Facilitates continuous improvement efforts consistent with the Walmart Performance System (WPS) by leading implementation of WPS; and establishing root cause analysis process.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$223,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications...
