Financial Systems Analyst

The Greenwich, CT office of a global investment firm is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst/Assoicate to join their technology team. This role will be responsible for assisting with maintaining financial systems including Yardi, Blackline, and others. This unique role lives at the intersection of business operations, technology, and accounting. An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate accounting or financial technology, with proven experience in managing complex financial processes and contributing to strategic business goals.Responsibilities Include:Yardi system maintenance of entities, ownership structure and other tables/data fields related to properties and reporting, including attributesFinancial system administration and support including daily requests, monthly processes, upgrades/service releases and reports (Yardi, Blackline, Concur, Qashqade)Testing and enhancements in financial systems as well as applications that consume data from or provide data to these platformsResearch and resolve service requests ranging from admin activities and up to resolving complex financial consolidationsRequirements include :Understanding of Financial systems and accountingExperience in Yardi and/or Blackline preferredSuperior Excel skillsHighly motivated self-starter, able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlinesExcellent analytical skills with ability to independently solve problemsStrong verbal and written communication skills
