Family Law Paralegal

Laughlin Legal, PC seeks an Senior Family Law Paralegal with at least five years of experience in family law. Laughlin Legal, PC provides a unique boutique firm experience where you will be part of a collegiate and supportive team that cares about our clients and our impact on families and values a culture where everyone belongs.You will be expected to:work closely with attorneys to draft pleadings and judicial counsel forms, including petitions, responses, requests for orders, briefs, and declarations;propound and respond to discovery, including document and interrogatory requests, requests for admissions, subpoenas, and deposition notices;prepare trial binders, coordinate client meetings, file motions, conduct research, coordinate witness testimony;perform administrative duties such as answering phones and scheduling client intakes.open and close cases in Clio, as well as record your time entries;maintain and organize files in DropBox; andbe experienced using Word, Excel, Dissomaster, Propertizer, and Adobe.You must have:5 years of experience in Family Law;integrity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to serving others;excellent writing and time management skills;attention to detail and willingness to accept constructive feedback;familiarity with Clio & Dropbox;an active Notary license;ability to come to the office 1-2 times per week; andexcellent references.Salary & Benefits:$120,000+ based on experience + discretionary quarterly bonuses;401k after 1 year + percentage matching;3-weeks' vacation, 12 paid holidays, 5 sick days,Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA;home utility stipend;cell phone contribution;free parking;basic life & long-term disabilityInterested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to:
