We have an exciting new full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced APRN (Family Medicine) with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Colebrook, NH. Seeking a Full-time board-certified Advanced Practice Provider to join a well-established team in rural health clinic system in Colebrook, NH and form strong relationships with grateful patients in an underserved area. This position is located in a peaceful outdoor paradise in Northern New Hampshire where there is a cultural emphasis on family, independence and hard work.
Requirements:
Licensed by the State of New Hampshire.Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards.Must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care.Pay and Benefits:

The provider will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of the Center.
Primary Care:o Pediatric through Geriatrico High elderly populationo Experienced in Chronic Disease Managemento 16-20 patients per dayo 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALLo EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictationo Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
