Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating all material handling equipment, including forklifts. You will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of ingredients, production materials, and finished goods while ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment.
Drive forklifts safely and effectively.
Control the receipt, storage, and distribution of ingredients, production materials, and finished goods.
Work in environments with temperatures ranging from -30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Engage in moderate physical activity, including stacking items over 6 feet high.
Operate in high noise areas and wet environments.
Handle heavy equipment and materials safely.
Operate potentially hazardous equipment or materials.
Lift items not exceeding 55 lbs.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of forklift experience.
Experience with material handling and general labor.
Proficiency with RF scanners.
Comfortable working in a freezer environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food production.
Knowledge of using pallet jacks.
Experience in loading operations.

Our facility operates under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and includes a cold freezer environment. You will be working with heavy equipment and materials in varying temperatures, high noise areas, and wet conditions.
