Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a FP&A Manager, you are responsible for:Serving as a business partner to the NAO business teams to drive business initiatives, growth, profitability, and accountabilityStrategic Support - Provide financial analytics to drive commercial decision around deal pricing, resource utilization and product sourcingBeing the custodian of the customer profitability model to drive improved financial performanceTracking cost improvement actions and drive accountabilityDriving analysis on the monthly financials and provide commentary on key variancesKeeping a finger on the pulse of business performance through QMI's and driving key actions to ensure attainment of financial commitmentsManaging closing and planning cycles (Monthly and Quarterly closing, QMI/Flash submissions and reporting, short range and Long-range planning for the areas)Receivables `quality and Bad Debt Reserve - Take ownership on weekly collection calls to evaluate receivables position and discuss corrective action plans with operational ownersWorking with operations to prepare AFE's for capital appropriation requestsParticipating and contributing in leadership discussions around market opportunitiesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance or AccountingDemonstrated experience and understanding of accounting principles and controllershipAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication skills and able to deliver messages effectively verbally and in writingStrong problem-solving skills and analytical skillsProficient in SAP and HFMStrong influencing, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skillsPreferred experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flowsPreferred experience successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement within the operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideasWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
