- The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for all recruitment and employment initiatives supporting all non-physician positions within Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH), including planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment strategies and employment functions to support the hiring process.Responsibilities :Set the strategy and execution of all recruitment and employment initiatives for non-physician positions at TMH.Work with the CHRO to transform the HR function into a leading practice.Focus on team development.Expand outreach channels to build the talent pipeline.Streamline recruitment processes.Meet key performance indicators.Partner for transformational change management activities.Adopt new technologies for HRIS (Infor) in 2024 and electronic health record (Epic) in 2025.Qualifications:Five (5) years of related work experience, including interviewing, sourcing, measurements, is required.Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.One or more of the following credentials is preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
