Job Title: Sr. AccountantKey Responsibilities:
Accounting :
Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate recording of all incurred costs.
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
Identify and resolve financial accounting issues.
Reporting & Analysis :
Generate monthly financial statements and forecasts using One Stream software.
Assist in preparing management reports, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports and presentations.
Coordinate and complete periodic Corporate Tax Packages and regulatory filings.
Audits :
Support external and internal audits and reviews.
Ensure timely completion of requested materials.
Internal Control :
Evaluate and document procedures and workflows to maintain accurate and efficient accounting systems.
Safeguard company assets and ensure proper recording of transactions.
Systems :
Assist with system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Test and approve system report upgrades and automate processes.
Cash :
Forecast and monitor cash projections against actuals.
Fixed Assets :
Maintain the fixed asset subsidiary ledger in SAP ERP.
Manage depreciation schedules and ensure the costing appropriateness of new assets.
Monitor asset costs against approved expenditures.
Other Duties :
Perform additional related duties as required.
