AWS Marketing is seeking a

Senior Product Manager-Tech to manage Privacy, Compliance, and Identity needs for the AWS marketing website and email channel. This Sr Product Manager will define and lead

key strategic initiatives to improve the privacy/compliance posture of AWS marketing channels and unify cross-channel identities, through working with key partners like Legal and Marketing Operations, and building new capabilities. Additionally, they will work on new features and projects that will impact the core experience of end customers as well as hundreds of internal marketers.

Key job responsibilities

-Define, prioritize and plan the execution of strategic initiatives.

-Implement new features to improve stakeholder and end customer marketing experience

-Implement new capabilities to scale compliance management

-Influence key external and internal partner roadmaps

-Work with internal support/operations, Legal, Identity, and marketing stakeholders to uphold laws and implement compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, data retention policies)

-Develop, own and track organizational goals, as defined through Operational

Planning (OP) process.

-Establish, refine and implement mechanisms to ensure cross functional alignment

and establish clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage stakeholder groups,

and provide regular business reports to those groups.

-Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and provide them with regular

business updates.

-Act as a knowledgeable resource, sharing best practices in project management and

program management.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Basic Qualifications

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing programs and related privacy/compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, consent mechanisms, data retention)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
