The ideal candidate will excel in cash management, audit assistance, financial reporting, and budget creation across multiple entities. Daily Cash ManagementStrategically manage cash flow between corporations to maximize investment opportunities.Minimize idle cash by investing in money markets.Monitor and manage budgets to ensure optimal financial operations.
Payroll ManagementOversee diverse payroll cycles including weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly.Stay current with tax changes and ensure payroll compliance.
Grant ProjectionsPrepare and manage monthly grant projections.
Financial ReportingPrepare and present quarterly consolidated financial statements to the Board of Directors.
NetSuite ImplementationAssist in the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite, with a planned go-live date in November/December 2024.
Audit AssistanceSupport and assist with audit processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Budget CreationDevelop and manage detailed budgets for multiple entities within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Associates in AccountingAt least 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit environment.Benefits
Paid Holidays.15 Paid Days Off after 90 Days, accruing over time.Salary: $40,000 to $52,000
