K ey areas of responsibility: Growth Planning and Coordination - Partner with all solution line leaders to build and continuously adjust an Aon United growth plan for the calendar year:
Work with local, regional, national and North American leadership to identify the appropriate new business plays to activate with our sales teams
Coordinate and aggregate insight from the annual business planning at the North American level
Help organize and participate cross solution line Sales Meetings to develop and capture data on prospect identification and client penetration strategies
Partner with North American Commercial Leadership to determine highest impact growth priorities (plays/campaigns)
Partner with IT and Finance teams to define data requirements for reporting that align with the commercial priorities for Aon’s North American operations
Key Resource for Growth Enablement Tools - coach colleagues on how to effectively utilize tools to be more efficient and effective growing the business.
Ensure that tools, including CRM, research, marketing and analytics platforms are optimized and appropriately communicated to meet the needs of the business
Provide leadership analytics, industry focus, targeting and from ACIA Sales Tools (Heat Map, LMP, Cross Sell)
Utilize third-party data and research platforms to deliver insights to develop sales targeting or specific client/prospect pursuits (MiEdge, Pitchbook, CB Insights, D&B Hoovers, S&P, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Detective, etc.) .
Provide operational assistance and strategic analysis to Sales Team and Pursuit and Creative Team (PaC) for prospect and client presentations
Business Performance Analysis and Insight - Provide key analysis and insight the business needs to make informed decisions and drive growth;
In partnership with leadership and finance, develop, maintain and ensure accuracy of pipeline reporting that reflect forecasted and ultimately recognized sales revenue
Generate insight and recommendations to assist leaders in making better decisions Develop and distribute revenue, client acquisition activity, and benchmark reports (e.g., Local Market Planning, Heat Map) that provide local leadership with the supportive data and analysis needed to deliver targeted growth
Provide operational support to solution line commercial leaders, including revenue analyses to include valuation of individual and office performance to goal, office sales and marketing statistics (e.g., prospecting activity, wins and losses, deal size, and sales cycle in general and by product and industry, using AC and monthly financial reporting) Identify additional reporting needs to inform better decision making for Aon’s North American Business
Growth Campaign Execution - Partner with office leadership to organize, execute and track key aspects of growth campaigns:
Partner with sales and marketing leadership to develop national plays; including, industry, product, cross-sell and named account strategies as directed by North America Commercial leadership
Drive the cascade and execution of sales and marketing via the local New Business Analyst network
In partnership with leadership, create and monitor campaign effectiveness reports, for the key campaigns critical to our growth strategy
Continuously adjust campaign targeting an execution to ensure effectiveness
Development of Global Standards for North American Operation
Partner with Growth Operations and Commercial Leadership to build standards and implementation strategy for each of the following:

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
