Position Overview:

We are seeking talented and motivated Blockchain Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting blockchain-based applications, with a focus on developing a proprietary blockchain from the ground up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable blockchain products, contributing to a unique and robust blockchain infrastructure that meets the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement a custom blockchain network tailored to our business needs.

Architect and manage smart contracts and ensure their seamless integration within the new blockchain framework.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative blockchain software.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on blockchain scalability and security.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing blockchain solutions, ensuring optimal performance and resilience.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, with a particular focus on innovations that could enhance our custom blockchain network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer, with a focus on designing custom blockchain networks.

Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.

Proficient in smart contracts and languages like Solidity, Go, JavaScript, or Rust.

Experience with decentralized application (DApp) development.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Adaptable and receptive to strategic guidance.

Coachable & Strategic:

Willing to listen and adapt based on guidance from LSG.

Able to translate strategic vision into practical actions.

Security and Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud services in Azure.

Knowledge of token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).

Familiarity with blockchain development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat).

Understanding of distributed ledger technologies.
