The successful candidate will be primarily focused on divorce cases, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters. This role requires a deep understanding of family law and the ability to handle complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
Job Details
Responsibilities:Leading all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters.Conducting case analysis and developing case strategies.Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.Providing legal advice to clients and guiding them through the legal process.Staying updated with changes in family law and informing clients of these changes.Working collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.Qualifications:
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support cases.Active membership in the state bar.A strong understanding of family law and court procedures.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients facing emotional distress.The ability to handle high caseloads and manage multiple priorities.A high level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
