The Program Manager will work under limited supervision and will be responsible for driving the implementation and turn up of new products, services, and managing large customer implementation projects.We are looking for someone who can interface equally effectively with internal & external customers, highly technical, and non-technical personnel. This job involves leadership in the implementation and delivery of solutions.Responsibilities
Establish objectives, develop requirements and plan schedules for strategic initiativesResponsible for overseeing the implementation and turn up of new products/servicesResponsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products and projectsWork with various stakeholders and task owners to ensure projects are progressingResponsible for managing and tracking large customer projectsUnderstanding customer reporting and development requirements and working with internal teams to meet customer demandsAddress any concerns and challenges in a timely manner that may affect delivery of new service(s) and project(s)Monitor and report on progress of various projects through the process, provide project status to Operations and Executive teamsProvide support to Sales and Product organizations for existing and new products/servicesCollaborate on project plans, drive on-time delivery, identify, and communicate risks and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate solutionsDevelop strong customer relationships and interface with customers on all aspects of their servicesTrack customer-specific program metrics and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicatorsPrepare and present program status to stakeholders, leadership, and external customersRequirements
Bachelor's degree requiredPMP is preferred5-7 years of experience within telecommunications field preferred5-7 years of experience managing projectsProven track record in meeting project deadlinesAbility to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasksHighly proficient in Power Point presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and overall MS software applicationsStrong written, verbal, and customer account management skillsAbility to understand and communicate both technical and business informationInterpersonal Skills/Characteristics:
