In this position, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to property management team and tenantsPrepare general correspondence and memosOversee in/outgoing mail and packages including certified, overnight and special deliveriesCreate and distribute building newsletter(s)Maintain and update employee, client, and customer contact databasesAssist with the planning, promoting, and hosting of building eventsMonitor supplies and order as needed
About You:
Bachelors degree required1+ years of admin experienceCommercial real estate experience a plusMust be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
