Title: Physical TherapistSchedule: Part Time w/benefits, Part time and Per Diem positions availableLocations Available: Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village
Position Summary: Initially, a PT will evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education. Unlike a rehabilitation setting or even an outpatient clinic, unique emphasis is placed on safe mobility in and around the patient's residence. PT's will also make recommendations on equipment and provide train on proper use of equipment.
Requirements:1 year Physical Therapy experienceOpen to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experienceReliable TransportationCPR/BLS CertificationMust be available for one week of orientation and training
