Contract Administrator
to join a thriving engineering firm in Houston. The
Contract Administrator
will be responsible for administering and routing contract documents during the construction phase of projects.

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:Manage and distribute contract documents during the construction phase.Prepare and sign routine, non-technical correspondence on behalf of themselves or the Construction Manager.Assist the Construction Manager throughout the project bid and construction phases.Arrange conferences and meetings and assemble required background materials as directed.Independently handle recurring office procedures.Schedule meetings and communicate effectively with all departments in the office.Schedule tentative appointments without prior clearance.Collect information for routine inquiries or periodic reports.Refer non-routine requests to the Construction Manager.Contract Administrator Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent collaboration skills.Excellent time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.Ability to keep information confidential.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.Knowledge of Newforma software is a plus.Contract Administrator Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry is required.A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.Contract Administrator
