Responsibilities
Campaign design and execution: Create and manage automated marketing campaigns
Lead management: Score prospects based on their readiness to buy and tailor messaging accordingly
Email marketing: Develop and manage automated email campaigns, such as lead nurturing campaigns
Data analysis: Analyze data to improve workflow efficiency
Team collaboration: Work with other teams to align marketing automation strategies with business goals
Industry trends: Stay up to date on industry trends
Testing and optimization: Test and refine automated processes to improve campaigns and achieve goals
Multichannel marketing: Build multichannel marketing campaigns and track and analyze their performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in communication, marketing, journalism, web development or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3+ years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, and/or 1:1 marketing experience
Multiple years in hands-on experience creating marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, inclusive of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
Excellent communication skills are required Must be able to communicate effectively with senior firm leaders Must be able to influence others and explain best practices and professionally explain decisions, even when they are in conflict with others’ desires
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment and demonstrated ability to work independently, navigating matrixed leadership and teams to accomplish shared results
