Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager-Water/Wastewater, we'll count on you to:
Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater related projectsProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work efforts with project team to ensure that the work is completed within the agreed-upon budgetWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresSupervise project staff and serve as a mentor to less experienced engineersPerform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.Client relationships in the NY marketplace.Candidates who reside locally in the Albany area are preferred.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project management experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)Demonstrated leadership skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
