Founded in 2017, we now boast an established athlete roster, a Teams format, significant broadcast relationships, an industry-leading digital presence, the award-winning supertri E format - which this year was viewed by 21.7 million people on broadcast around the world - and our Championship Series, which was also viewed by 35.7 million people across the globe.We are rising fast and looking forward to another period of rapid expansion growing beyond being a sports rights holder to become a true triathlon brand that enables access to professional sport both IRL and Esport, Media & Content and Mass Participation.The Role:supertri is seeking a dynamic, personable, and detail-oriented candidate with a passion for endurance sports for a part-time Chicago Triathlon Corporate Challenge Coordinator role. As the Corporate Challenge Coordinator, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our charity partner and local businesses, and in managing the corporate teams to drive fundraising, boost community engagement, and event participation.Key Responsibilities :Partner with the Head of Charities in creating, managing, and executing a variety of marketing and community building activities to ensure the success of the Chicago Triathlon Corporate Challenge.Work closely with our charity partner on program management and fundraising initiatives.Identify key corporations for local outreach and execute marketing campaigns to increase participation in the corporate challenge.Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive participation in the corporate challengeAct as point of contact and account manager for all corporate teams, communicating regularly with team captains, answering questions, and providing support as needed.Organize, plan, and present at informational sessions with potential and existing corporate teams to inspire, motivate, and inform participants.Work with our Athlete Services on corporate team registration, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.Manage team invoicing process in coordination with our finance department.Organize, plan, and execute a variety of fundraising and community building events, including swim clinics, team captain dinners, and packet pick-up events.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in marketing, community engagement, or program management, preferably in the sports, fitness, or events industry.A passion for building community and the swim/bike/run lifestyle.Strong analytical, and data skills, and ability to run custom reports and identify trends.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Local knowledge and connections within the Chicago community are a strong advantage.Flexibility to work on weekends and travel to event locations as needed.Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:$20-$25/hrTime Commitment20 hours/week throughout the off-season.25-35 hours/week during peak seasonEarly mornings, nights, and weekends will occasionally be required.Must be available to work long hours during event weekend.To Apply :Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and explaining their passion for promoting fitness and community engagement through triathlon events.supertri is an equal opportunity employer.
