Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Organizational Behavior, Coaching, and Consulting ( OBCC ) program’s Learning Management System ( LMS ). Design, create, and deliver high-quality, engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning modules, webinars, videos, and interactive tools. Integrate AI into synchronous and asynchronous program delivery. Manage the program’s social media platforms and use of data analytics to inform the development and execution of digital campaigns. Assist with the monitoring and measurement of academic effectiveness for programmatic and accreditation purposes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Adaptability to emerging trends in digital learning and social media.
Proficiency, creativity, and innovation in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology tools.
Experience in marketing and promoting academic programs through social media.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for digital education, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Proficiency in multimedia creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, or similar tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, social media marketing, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in eLearning, social media marketing, or related areas.
5-7 years of experience in higher education program development.
Experience with learning management systems ( LMS ), eLearning tools, and instructional design.
Familiarity with AI integration into academic curricula and use of social media for marketing.
Experience with the development of asynchronous learning modules.
