Program Manager
to lead cross-functional project teams. This will include developing comprehensive program execution plans with focus on scope, cost, schedule, risk management, program development, design/engineering, procurement, and construction.This will be a remote role with 20% travel.Our TeamThe GP Project & Engineering team works across the United States with, and within, our facilities to deliver projects, engineering solutions, technology platforms, and asset strategies that enable our manufacturing capability. The Regional and Program team works with facility and business partners to develop and deliver program/projects for the business as one team with one vision and one result.What You Will DoInterface with all program stakeholders to develop program charters and alignment to program objectives and expectations.Work with stakeholders to develop program execution plans, including: roles and responsibilities, scope, schedule, cost estimate and program riskProvide Program Management expertise and communication to assigned programs during development and execution.Develop and communicate program status updates to all stakeholders.Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement in our programs, and overall program management capability.Cultivate relationships with our program partners, both internal and external.Provide guidance and oversight to project managers supporting development and execution of the projects that are part of the program.Ensure programs and projects are closed out properly and effectively turned over to the facilities.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in Project/Program managementExperience managing multiple concurrent projectsManufacturing Industry experienceThe ability to travel is 20%, with up to 50% travel during critical events. Travel is flexible depending on needs at the business/site.Experience facilitating conversations about setting goals, objectives, and visions for projects or initiatives.Experience working as a collaborative team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.What Will Put You Ahead5 or more years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.Previous platform, expertise center, or asset program management experience, including; platform or asset management, expertise center management, asset modernization, asset replacement programs, asset standardization.Industry experience with pulp, paper and/or building productsProgram or Project Management CertificationExperience presenting to and working with executive stakeholdersFor this role, we anticipate paying $140k - $180k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
