The Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Business Resiliency
establishes, manages, and executes a portfolio of strategic initiatives and short-term project support design and implementation of Supply Chain Business Resilience. The candidate will be the owner of the Supply Chain BR program and manage a portfolio of critical initiatives projects across all the markets, covering 330+ and work across multiple functions to support Ecolab's E2E process (ordering, production, shipments) to Ecolab Customers up to 48 hours without system. This leader plays a key role in by working with all functional areas and fostering strong collaborative relationships with IT, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and all Logistics Manufacturing operations leaders. What You Will Do:Lead and own the SC Business Resiliency Program including development, coordination of the maintenance, compliance and tracking of the program across all markets. Scope 400+ Plants and Warehouses and functional processes, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Procurement. The incumbent will manage program that enables sites to operate for up to 48 hours in the event of a critical incident.
Manage the associated $3M Business Resiliency capital budget, ensuring both proper budgetary controls as well as adherence to corporate capital spending policies.
Monitor and enforce compliance with the governance organization to ensure that gains are retained and grown. This could include subjects such as oversight of live tests, audits of protocols, establishing dashboards, etc. Ensuring that the capability is up to date and "live."
Provide oversight to and ensure regions and markets are conducting live tests of their BR protocol at a frequency agreed upon with executive Supply Chain management.
Maintain the annual schedule of planned live tests and ensure they occur timely. Capture commonly identified gaps for resolution on an enterprise-wide basis
Support the execution and delivery of an annual schedule of site rollouts to be completed YoY (i.e. business resiliency plans (BRP), crisis kits, drills, etc.)
Maintain communication with Global Supply Chain leaders to identify and capture "new to Ecolab" sites (e.g. acquisitions, new 3PLs, etc.) that must complete site rollouts
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or other related field of study
Prior experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects or programs

Preferred Qualifications:10 years of corporate experience with preference to Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or other technical disciplines
5 years of direct associate management responsibilities
3 years' experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects or programs
Black Belt Certification
PMP Certification
SAP Experience
Working knowledge of DMAIC, 7-Step, and TPM methodology
Experience working with multiple and diverse stakeholders at all levels across a global organization
Strong interest in developing project management talent at all levels of the organization
Strong communication skills with associates of all levels
Proven ability to drive change and standardize processes and procedure.
Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust performance culture including the use of KPIs to drive continuous improvement
High energy, self-motivating and results-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
