This position provides a unique opportunity to offer essential administrative support for the office while assisting the local quality coordinator. It's an excellent chance to gain experience in the engineering industry.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support, including phone coverage, meeting scheduling, and expense report processing.Organize and maintain reports, documents, and records.Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.Track and manage office and project expenses with accurate reporting.Coordinate meeting arrangements, including food orders, welcome guests, manage sign-in/out, and handle parking validations and accounts.Work with building management and facilities as needed.Maintain overall office cleanliness and organization.Develop Quality Management Plans and internal quality documentation under the guidance of the Area Quality LeadCommunicate Quality Management System updates as directed by the Area Quality LeadSupport Project Managers with electronic folder managementSupport Quality Lead when applicable with Data Entry, QC Reporting, and QC Final File storage.Assist with Quality management System audits during corporate audit cyclesCollaborate with Project Management, Marketing, and accounting teams as needed.Uphold project responsibilities and foster a culture of quality among local leadership and staff.Manage relationships positively and resolve conflicts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related fieldExperience with Adobe InDesign is a plusKnowledge of A/E industry desiredExcel ProficientPreference given to local candidates
