Additional Compensation Details: Rate of Pay - $30.00/hour Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities The Role Responsible for the daily line organization, scheduling of staff, and directing of the warehouse on a day-to-day work plan. Responsible for warehouse order and fulfillment accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance/safety. Coordinates repack warehouse activities under the direction of the Re-pack Manager. Ensures the proper training of re-pack personnel. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Lead the Re-pack Department in tasks; ensuring order accuracy, quality of product, cleanliness of the facility and other duties as assigned. Responsible for the daily scheduling of re-pack personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive, process, and ship products at the facility in a productive and cost-efficient manner. Responsible for administrative duties required with personnel and warehouse management. Responsible for assigning daily tasks and duties to the warehouse associates. Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include production lines, receiving, shipping, sanitation, maintenance, etc. Responsible for personnel relations, disciplinary actions, evaluations, training, follow-thru, feedback, hiring, terminating, etc. Responsible for communicating inventory status such as out-of-stock product(s) receiving errors, repack errors, and communications on issues to other departments that need the information, i.e. Buyers. Responsible for warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of OSHA local and state regulations. Ensure safe work practices and policies are being followed by all staff and safety is top of mind daily. Responsible for food surface testing. Attend all mandatory meetings including safety meetings. Develop administrative skills required to provide coverage for operations staff when necessary. Other duties as assigned.
