Role: Oracle ERP SCM and Distribution Functional Consultant
Position: Full Time
Role and Responsibility:
Leads service delivery engagements for Oracle ERP customers in supply chain modules.
Understand customers business needs and requirements.
Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
System Design, Configuration & ongoing application support
Gather,Analyze requirements for enhancements and create development specifications.
Liaison with Client team & business and extended project teams
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP.
At-least 2 Oracle SCM implementations
Strong with SCM Business Processes and hands-on experience with setting up SCM modules.
Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Great communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders and drive outcomes.
