The oceanside The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for their next Dispatcher to join their Housekeeping team.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service skills, being able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment, having previous hotel and housekeeping is a huge plus, having open availability. Being bi-lingual in Spanish and Creole would also be beneficial
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Shift Pattern: Full available for 8-hour shift between 6am-11:30pm (holidays and weekends are required) *Not a set schedule

What will I be doing?
Answer all incoming telephone calls, respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerUse and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include, but not limited to, logging and recording all service requests, initiating, dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reportsEnsure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team membersRespond to emergency calls and monitor the alarm systemCoordinate office trafficPerform additional general office duties including, but not limited to, processing paperwork, scheduling team members, processing payroll, conducting inventory and equipment maintenance and tracking guest comments and feedback, as needed
