The majority of homes are built in the historic district of the Frog Hollow neighborhood of Hartford, CT, home to a vibrant and diverse community.SINA’s mission is to work collaboratively with community stakeholders to foster economic vitality and improve the health and quality of life of the people who live, work, visit, study, and play in the neighborhoods of South Central Hartford.
