Client Consultations:
Meet with individuals, families, and small business owners to assess their financial needs, explain available products, and recommend tailored financial solutions. •
Product Offerings:
Offer a range of financial services products, including life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, and savings strategies. •
Customer Education:
Educate clients about the importance of life insurance, estate planning, and wealth-building strategies, guiding them through the decision-making process. •
Networking & Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand your client base, including referrals, networking events, and online outreach. •
Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted financial advisor and helping them adjust their plans as their needs evolve. •
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service. •
Training & Development:
Participate in continuous professional development and leadership training provided by PHP, including advanced product training and personal development workshops. Qualifications: ntrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated individuals who are passionate about financial literacy, helping others, and achieving financial independence.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial products in a simple, easy-to-understand way.Work Ethic: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to manage your own time and take initiative.Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with others, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.Licensing: Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (required; PHP will provide guidance on how to get licensed).Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a high level of integrity.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus but not necessary.License - if you do not have one we will provide support to help wit that Compensation: $95,000 - $175,000 yearly
