You will work closely with traders, quants, and other developers to enhance the performance and reliability of our trading platforms.Key Responsibilities:System Development:

Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading applications and systems using Java, ensuring high performance and scalability.Optimization:

Optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure to minimize latency and improve throughput in high-frequency trading environments.Collaboration:

Work closely with trading teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance trading efficiency.Performance Tuning:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in trading systems, implementing improvements to achieve optimal latency and throughput.Integration:

Integrate with market data feeds, trading gateways, and other financial services to ensure seamless and efficient operation of trading platforms.Testing and Validation:

Develop and execute comprehensive tests to validate system performance, reliability, and functionality under various market conditions.Qualifications:Experience:

5+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on latency-sensitive electronic trading systems or high-frequency trading environments.Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in multithreading, low-latency programming, and high-performance computing.Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of trading systems, market data feeds, and electronic trading protocols.Performance Tuning:

Proven experience in optimizing system performance and reducing latency in trading applications.Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time trading environments.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
