At Amazon Logistics, we are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to help build a last mile Fraud Prevention operation through Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors, called delivery partners, to make deliveries to our customers. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile application that allows delivery partners to onboard themselves, schedule delivery times, work through their delivery schedule with mapping and navigation functions, and more.
Key job responsibilities
• Ability to root cause opportunities and extract insights using a data driven approach.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Identify internal and external data sources that will improve program processes.
• Develop metrics and reporting to improve efficiency, identify areas of opportunity.
• Work with Business Analytics and Tech team members to articulate and prioritize feature needs.
• Work with cross-functional and regional Flex teams across Amazon for collaboration to proactively address quality related initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships across Amazon.
• Ability to lead by influence rather than authority to build trust across the organization.
• Identify root cause of process gap findings, improve control deficiencies and partner with cross functional teams to design control enhancements (through automation and/or improved processes).
• Create, maintain, and disseminate program information confidently and on a regular basis to Amazon senior executives, senior leadership teams, and key stakeholders.
• Think holistically and strategically to plan, organize, and drive complex and milestone driven projects to ensure end-to-end success for the user.
A day in the life
• Define KPIs to measure program success
• Review Program metrics on a weekly basis to understand trends.
• Deep dives on metrics for actionable insights and report to leadership.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and deploys short and long term measures to fix gaps and enhance overall impact of program on Delivery quality by reducing fraud rates.
• Identify solutions that need programmatic and product interventions and partners with WW stakeholders to effectively manage program deliverables.
• Consistently share program updates with Sr. leaders through program Flash and XBRs.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
