As an Experienced Audit Associate, you will be responsible for conducting audits, providing assurance services, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You will work closely with our clients to identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve their financial performance. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities: Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with laws and regulations Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients and management Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in clients' financial performance Provide assurance services, including reviews and compilations of financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards Collaborate with clients and team members to develop audit plans and timelines Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations Provide training and mentorship to junior staff membersQualifications: CPA certification or equivalent 2+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards Experience conducting audits and providing assurance services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordIf you are a self-starter with a passion for auditing and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
