Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

Demonstrating working knowledge of Financial Services sectors (e.g., Retail Banking, Commercial Banking) and products & services (e.g. time and term deposits, lending solutions, investments, etc.);

Leading teams to identify and assess risks and/or opportunities for improvement in Banking processes and technology;

Understanding business and technical needs, documenting these needs as formal requirements (including business and technology capabilities, formal business requirements, user stories, or use case / interaction diagrams);

Participating in efforts to select, implement or configure banking technologies. Examples include digital self-servicing platforms; assisted channels (branch systems, call center technology, banker desktop); loan origination systems; loan accounting systems; leasing platforms; core banking platforms; money movement and payment rails; master data management; risk, regulatory, & financial crimes solutions; corporate Services (finance, HR, treasury, etc);

Managing internal and client teams’ work plans and/or backlogs using team management, and agile project management techniques;

Participating in and/or leading several project management workstreams and teams, including large development projects with off-shore, vendor, and/or client resources components that deliver benefits at both the business and technology levels;

Creating a positive environment;

Participating in client discussions and meetings;

Monitoring and balancing workload while meeting client expectations;

Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;

Thinking about root causes of issues and potential mitigations or solutions; and,

Developing, writing, presenting and facilitating discussions to industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
