We pride ourselves on providing personalized retirement planning services and maintaining the highest fiduciary standards to ensure our clients' best interests are always prioritized.Compensation: $15-$18 (Negotiable) + Bonus OpportunitiesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, assisting with both administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain both physical and digital client files and documents.Prepare reports and documentation for client appointments.Assist with the preparation and coordination of educational courses for The Prepare Institute.Print and manage contract statements and reallocation statements from various company websites.Provide support during fall tax-planning meetings.Handle daily mail, including opening, distributing, and preparing mailers.Operate office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners.Assist with other general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.Support ongoing office projects and provide backup assistance to front-office staff as needed.QualificationsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role.Why Join Us?At Hayes Advisory Group, you will be joining a supportive and knowledgeable team dedicated to helping clients navigate their retirement plans.
