Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Research Project Leader II to join our Health Services and Informatics research team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage multiple studies, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to research protocols. The position requires independent problem-solving and strong project management skills to develop study tools, manage participant engagement, maintain compliance, and coordinate team activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring studies meet high standards, contributing to grant proposals, literature reviews, reports, and presentations. Additionally, you will represent our research team within Parkview Health and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management : Oversee study planning, scheduling, and protocol development. Lead participant interviews and focus groups, facilitate data collection and analysis, and coordinate study activities.

Resource Optimization : Work with Principal Investigators to design study protocols and optimize resource use. Encourage efficient use of technology and collaboration among team members to improve operations.

Safety & Quality Compliance : Ensure all research complies with IRB, FDA, HHS, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Support continuous quality improvement and patient safety in all research activities.

Service Excellence : Foster partnerships within Parkview Health and the community, promoting Parkview's mission and values. Maintain high standards of customer service for patients, providers, and staff.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree required; or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three years of employment.

+

Completion of CITI training within two months of hire.

Licensure/Certification:

If nursing degree, must have active RN licensure.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' research experience required; 3 years preferred.

Familiarity with medical informatics, data analysis, and the research process.
