Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $77,600 (minimum) $97,000 (midpoint) $116,400 (maximum)

Management of global supply base to maximize performance and leverage to positively impact financial performance of all Woodward business groups. Includes all aspects of commercial and contractual management of the assigned suppliers. Key focus is the selection and development of the supply base to match Woodward's future needs, but also includes support of the business group-based purchasing functions in the areas of strategic alignment and critical issue escalation.
What you will be doing...
* Strategy Development (supply base/market knowledge, business integration, deployment planning, internal alignment, global awareness)
* Strategy Deployment (project management, metrics, goals, escalations - charter, etc.)
* Supplier Relationship Management (commercial management, internal coordination, and alignment)
* Analytics (Business Objects and external sources)
* Contract Management/Negotiation (type, development, execution, implementation, and process)
* Project Management (maintain/upkeep of basic project management tools)
What we are looking for...
* BA/BS in Materials and/or Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3-5 years purchasing experience
* Domestic and international travel may be required
