In North America, we are headquartered in Princeton, NJ, with offices in California, Massachusetts, and Ontario.Summary of JobThe Director of Patient Services Marketing is responsible for the creation and implementation of strategy and delivering on tactics aligned to the overarching strategy. The role will manage external agencies and ensure alignment of internal stakeholders to meet goals.Leads the collaborative planning, alignment, approval and execution of strategies and tactics (traditional and digital) designed to provide education to healthcare providers and patients by amplifying awareness of patient support programs.Partners with internal and external stakeholders to leverage Omni-channel offeringsEnsures a productive and cost-effective relationship with external agencies and partnersDrives alignment with strategic objectives and tactics across the organization in a compliant manner (Sales, Training, Marketing, business Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Medical, Trade, Public Affairs, etc.)Ensures key programs are managed effectively achieving KPIs on time and on budgetCreate a go-to-market communication strategy for internal and external customers.Develop reports to monitor key metrics around digital, live and in person tactics to measure success.Develops content for appropriate programs to educate patients and healthcare providers.Facilitates a smooth running and compliant PRC process in concert with the PRC Team Members and partner agenciesPartners with advocacy, public relations, market research and marketing to compliantly collect data on the patient journey.Adheres to all company policies and legal, compliance and regulatory guidelines

EducationBachelor's required; MBA a Plus .

ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years pharmaceutical marketing. Rare Disease experience preferredExperience with digital approaches to HCP marketing is optimalOutstanding leadership, and presentation skillsProven ability to collaborate across functions with intentionLeads with curiosity to support innovation and critical thinking

Technical SkillsProficient in MS Office Suite.
