You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the robust application of industrialization processes and standards for maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activity at the Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s) to secure production deliverables. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management), manage Tools & Industrial data, and much more.We'll look to you for:- Identifying industrial means required to perform the component repair / overhaul operations, as well as key competencies- Evaluating CAPEX and OPEX to perform the operations- Evaluating the workload for industrialization, manufacturing and testing- Defining industrial PIO., and industrial LayoutsOnce a Component Repair / overhaul project is started, the Project Industrial Manager for CRO will support the set-up of the activity (facility set up, layout, training people) and will ensure the development of the industrialization in order to respect the delivery of component on Time, at committed costs and with the right level of Quality.Define the Industrial documentation and processesLead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelinesDocument the processes of the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implementation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequenceand/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts.Provide inputs to Industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activitiesImplement the Project Make or Buy strategy in all deliverablesDefine and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special ProcessesValidate on the field the industrial deliverables, tools and industrial means with maintenance executionRespect the Industrial Planning milestonesEstablish Asbestos abatement, stripping, parts retention and hidden damage Industrial ProcessesUnderstand and support the implementation of APSYS subjects related to Industrial RoadmapEnsure Railway Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), AZDP standards are respected

Support Project execution Maintenance Renovations:

Set up industrial process improvement related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, Ergonomics, EHS, continuous improvementAdapt the industrial process and deliverables to project life cycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, maintenance plan optimization, fleet extension, changes in operating modesContribute to the Control Change Board review, where appropriate, to reduce non quality or improve safety, performance of operations

REX

Develop industrial expertise in their scope, according to method, processes and tools, capitalize and manage REX to improve and share industrial standards with Project Team

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Engineering degree in Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Industrial, Supply Chain Technical education5 years' experience in Operations, Industrial or Supply Chain department, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices, preferably in the railway industryStrong experience in data managementAbility to read and understand schematics and drawingsTechnical experience of Methods Engineering, writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructionsExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-upWorking knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
